Membership
Membership is open to interested persons 18 years of age or older. All Members recieve email announcements and reminders about BOSF Activities and Club related information. All Members also receive the Quarterly Newsletters and Rosters via email in an Adobe Acrobat File as well as discounts on registration for the International Bear Rendezvous, our monthly Beverage Benefits and BOSF Merchandise including Club T-Shirts and Pins. Additionally, all members are given the opportunity to vote annually on the Candidates for the Board of Directors as well as any other club related matters. Membership is not restricted to the US only. While foriengers may or may not be able to attend BOSF Activities, the discounts at IBR alone pays for itself.
Online Membership Levels:
- eBear - eBear Members receive all of the benefits described above via email. By receiving everything electronically, you save us money on postage and printing. Therefore, we can pass those saving on to you. Additionally, we know how annoying it can get to rely on reminders to renew your membership. So, for you long time members that know you will be around, we offer extended memberships that will not only avoid yearly reminders, but can also save you money.

- Please Note: If you are an existing member and would like to change the length of your membership (from 1 to 3 years for example) please email us at membership@bosf.org to advise us of what you would like to change it to. This is a temporary fix while our new membership provider sets up the capability for any member to renew for any of the membership options.
Paper Membership Levels:
- MemBear - $40 - Paper Memberships receive all benefits described
above but will additionally receive printed versions of the Newsletter and
Roster via Postal Mail. The difference in price is to cover the printing and postage.
Online Membership Tips:
- Every person who has ever been a BOSF Member, attended an IBR since 2003 or is currently on our Mailing List already has a profile in our contact manager. Please use this record to initiate or renew your membership.
- Use the links below to initiate or renew your membership. Sign in using the email that we have on record for you and put in your password. If this is your first time signing up for anything BOSF or IBR related, proceed with Membership Registration. The rest of these tips are for people already in our contact list.
- If you do not know your password, use the link on the sign in page to have your password emailed to you.
- If your email is "not found", make sure that you are using the email that you receive our announcements at. If that still does not work, you can choose to sign in using your name and phone number.
- If you still cannot log in but know that you are on our list, it is possible that your records is there but your email was removed from bouncing or being duplicate with someone else in our list. Send an email to membership@bosf.org with your full name and email to recieve assistance with signing in.
- Once you sign in, you can continue with Membership Registration or Renewal. You can also use the Update link below to change your password and update your information.
Become a BOSF Member Now: You can sign up for all membership levels online. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check, you can download a membership form and send it in. Or, if you have a PayPay account, you can follow up on a membership form with a PayPal payment to payment@bosf.org - just reference your name and "BOSF Membership" in the comments.
